Abstract

Promotional videos are made to highlight the advantages of a product or service. A well-structured promotional video can properly convey the message and initiate the best output. A promotional video was created following the principles described by Petterson and steps mentioned by Dian and Purba. Based on the video creating process, seven principles and three steps stages were implemented. The seven principles were information structure, simplicity, facilitating interpretation and learning, clarity, securing quality, limiting the total costs, and copyright. Moreover, the three stages were Pre-Production, Production, and Post-Production.
