Abstract

The results of this study are a form of the influence of students’ emotional intelligence when categorizing their feelings towards learning activities both at school and at home. The aim of this final report is that the author can understand students especially kids who have high and low intelligence in the learning process. Emotional intelligence includes someone who recognizes one’s own emotions, manages emotions, motivates oneself, recognizes other people’s emotions, and builds relationships. The resolution of students’ emotional intelligence will have a good impact on the relationship between learning motivation, friendship, and student achievement. The method of categorizing students’ feelings can be through the application of a children’s book project containing various kinds of feelings with the theme of Indonesian culture
