Abstract
Latar Belakang: Spondiloartritis aksial (ax-SpA) merupakan penyakit inflamasi kronik yang terutama melibatkan tulang belakang dan sendi sakroiliaka yang dapat menimbulkan kerusakan fisik dan fungsi secara permanen. Patogenesis SpA belum sepenuhnya diketahui, melibatkan proses inflamasi kronik yang memengaruhi osteoblast dan osteoklas. Mekanisme osteoimunologi diduga berperan penting, dalam hal ini peran protein Dickkopf-1 (DKK-1), dalam patogenesis SpA.
