Abstract
Latar belakang: Cyclophosphamide (CP) merupakan salah satu obat kemoterapi yang dianjurkan namun menyebabkan kematian pada sel-sel sehat dan diikuti dengan pelepasan sitokin-sitokin yang berfungsi sebagai mediator inflamasi seperti TNF-?. Jahe emprit mengandung gingerol dan shogaol yang lebih tinggi bandingkan varietas jahe lain. gingerol dan shogaol berperan sebagai anti-inflamasi dan anti oksidan.
