Abstract

This study aims to determine antibody titer of duck against avian influenza type H9N2. This study used 124 samples collected from duck which was slaughtered on Keputran market every once a week. Sampling use Random sampling methods technique which each sample has an equal probability. Samples will be tested with HA and HI test. The test conduct on Veterinary Medicine of Airlangga University virology laboratorium on December 2021 until January 2022. The result showed that 119 samples or 95,97% have titer among 24 until 27, which means positive, while only 5 samples is or 4,03% samples have 23 of antibody titer which means negative.
