Abstract
Upaya pemerintah Republik Indonesia menyadarkan warganegaranya - menjadi dan merasa- sebagai 'orang Indonesia' sangat kentara pada masa pemerintahan yang dikenal sebagai zaman Orde Baru (Orba). Hal itu dapat ditelusuri ketika maraknya penataran Pedoman Penghayatan dan Pengamalan Pancasila, yang sanat populer pada waktu itu, dengan istilah P4.
