Abstract
Ijime is a social problem in Japan that were rife. In Japan, ijime more common among school children, but did not rule out the case in other places such as the workplace. In Japanese, the workplace called shokuba (職場). for the Japanese, shokuba not only as a place of work, but also a place for social interaction. Ijime in the workplace is a worker in a workplace that in his work and in human relations are in a weak position, which gives pain either mental or physical, which violates the rights of workers and action work which worsen the working environment. Type Ijime action in the workplace, namely mental violence, verbal violence, cut ties with others, excessive job demands, job demands were not met, and invasion of privacy. Ijime at work is represented in one drama entitled Nakanai to Kimeta Hi. The drama tells the story of the main character named Miki Tsunoda experiencing ijime action in the workplace. Ijime action is carried out by co-workers, bosses, and friends generation. Not only Tsunoda course, his boss also had experienced ijime action in the workplace.
