Abstract

This research aims to determine the diversity of species Hibiscus spp., the kinship of Hibiscus spp., as well as morphological characters and characteristics that can distinguish Hibiscus spp. This method of research is Observational uses of 50 characteristics. The characters include stature, stems, leaves, and flowers. The characters and characteristics acquired, compiled, and subsequent data are analyzed descriptively with the Fenetic method. Further data is analyzed with SPSS computer program. The Dendrogram is produced by two groups I and II. Group I became group III and IV, group Ill produced group V and VI. The V group consists of Hibiscus Rosa-sinensis I, 2, 3 and group VI consisting of Hibiscus mutabilis I, 2 and 3. In group IV consisted of Hibiscus Schyzopetalus 1, 2, and 3. Meanwhile, group II became group VII and VIII consisting of Hibiscus Sabdariffa I, 2 and 3.
