Abstract
Due to its hidrophilic, multicompound active ingredients such as extract is hardly absorbed through membrane. Phytosome can be used for the design of formulations in order to improve the absorption of multicompound drug. In this study, the absoption was observed by using fluorescence microscope. The absorption of phytosme and extract were analyzed by non parametric kruskall-wallis and followed by Mann-Whitney. Thus, it can be concluded that phytosome gave deeper absorption than extract and the depth of the absorption were significantly different.
