Abstract
Sekarang ini banyak muncul perusahaan-perusahaan televisi yang baru dan membuat persaingan antara televisi satu dengan televisi yang lainnya semakin ketat. Apalagi saat ini kita memasuki era reformasi yang menuntut adanya kebebasan di semua hal seperti bebas berpendapat, bebas berekspresi, bebas memperoleh dan memberikan informasi dan lain-lain.
