Abstract

"The implementation of waqf in Indonesia, places of worship are one of the required waqf designations because the majority of Indonesian people embrace Islam. In its development, waqf in Indonesian society began to be carried out collectively. Because collective waqf makes it easier and easier and can increase people's desire to carry out waqf worship. The implementation of collective waqf is a form of the application of taklifi law. Taklifi law is one of the two categories of Islamic law that is used as a guide to do something that can provide benefits or not do something that is not useful to harm. Provisions regarding collective waqf in the laws and regulations are regulated in the Indonesian Waqf Agency (BWI) Regulation Number 1 of 2020 concerning Guidelines for the Management and Development of Waqf Assets. The regulation regulates collective waqf in the form of cash waqf, but in fact, collective waqf can only be done through cash waqf. The type of waqf property also includes immovable objects in the form of land rights. The arrangement of collective waqf with the aim of being a place of worship, especially the object of waqf in the form of land rights, then its implementation will refer to the provisions in the land waqf law. "
