Abstract

Teenager is a tigurc who is in the process of growth, either physical or mental. In that period there are significant changes in physical. emotion, social and intellectual. Generally, teenager fulfils needs in accordance with what is done by others of the same age. Teenagers at this age have strong dream to follow and adapt themselves to their groups. In the city life. of course, the degrees of competition are very high, since city is the center of activities that needs relatively high level of professional competence of the society. The urban teenagers must be able to comply with that competence in order to compete globally.
