Abstract

Nowadays, the government of East Kalimantan is actively continue to develop the region for equalizing with other provinces which are considered to be more developed provinces in terms of social and economic. The government is developing almost all sectors. One of the sector which is considered to be developed rapidly is hotels. This sector is needed by almost all players of the development in East Kalimantan because hotels are supporting. Facilities of development, particularly for business people in running their business activities in East Kalimantan. Knowing the importance of the hotel sector existence and their position, they therefore, have to survive and grow to give positive contribution to the province of East Kalimantan in particular and in Indonesia in general. The existence of the hotel sector in East Kalimantan will ccntribute financially to the government in the form of regional tax, reduce the unemployed people etc.
