Abstract

The Object of the research is to analyze and to test the influence of individual Characteristics, Job Characteristics and organizational climate, Job satisfaction and motivation on managerial performance. There are twelve hypotheses proposed in the study i.e. the influence of individual characteristics on job satisfaction, the influence of job characteristics on job satisfaction, the influence of organizational climate on job satisfaction., the influence of individual characteristics on motivation, the influence of job characteristic on motivation, the influence of organizational climate on motivation, the influence of individual characteristics on performance of managerial employee, the influence of job characteristic on performance of managerial employee, the influence of organizational climate on performance of managerial employee, the influence of job satisfaction on motivation, the influence of job satisfaction on performance of managerial employee, the influence of motivation on performance of managerial employee. This study used an explanatory design.
