Abstract

Munculnya dua nama yang memperebutkan surat rekomendasi dari DPP Partai Golkar untuk ikut berkontetasi dalam Pemilihan Kepala Daerah Kota Surabaya 2010. Dua nama tersebut adalah Adies Kadir dan Yusuf Husni. Keduanya memiliki kelebihan dan kekurangan masing-masing dan pada akhirnya DPP Partai Golkar menjatuhkan pilihannya pada Adies Kadir untuk maju dalam Pemilihan Kepala Daerah Kota Surabaya 2010 berdasarkan hasil survey yang telah dilakukan oleh DPP Partai Golkar. Hal ini membuat kekecewaan dari kubu pendukung Yusuf Husni, sehingga membuat Partai Golkar terpecah. Pada tahun 2010 ini, Yusuf Husni terpilih secara aklamasi menjadi Ketua Pimpinan Daerah Kolektif Kosgoro 1957 Jawa Timur. Anggota Kosgoro 1957 mendukung Yusuf Husni untuk menjadi Walikota Surabaya. Tetapi harapan tersebut musnah seiring dengan turunnya Surat Rekomendasi dari DPP Partai Golkar. Oleh karena itu, anggota Kosgoro 1957 juga ikut mempertanyakan hasil survei yang menggagalkan Ketua mereka untuk maju dalam Pemilihan Kepala Daerah Kota Surabaya. Penelitian ini fokus pada afiliasi politik Kosgoro 1957 yang tidak terjadi perubahan afiliasi pada Pemilihan Kepala Daerah Kota Surabaya 2010. Terjadi dinamika politik dalam intern Partai Golkar maupun Kosgoro 1957. Kosgoro 1957 merupakan salah satu pilar pendiri Partai Golkar sehingga tidak dapat dipungkiri lagi loyalitasnya pada Partai Golkar. Keterikatan historis ini merupakan salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi afiliasi politik Kosgoro 1957. Faktor lain yang mempengaruhi afiliasi politik Kosgoro 1957 ialah keanggotaan ganda yang dimiliki oleh anggota Kosgoro 1957. Sebagian anggota Kosgoro 1957 merupakan pengurus inti dalam Partai Golkar sehingga loyalitasnya tidak dapat diragukan lagi. Selain itu, Kosgoro 1957 memiliki kepentingan tersendiri di luar Partai Golkar.
