Abstract
B-xilosidase merupakan enzim yang memiliki aktivitas ekso-xilanase dengan menghidrolisis 1,4-B-D-xilooligosakarida menjadi xilosa dari ujung non-reduksi xilooligosakarida. B-xilosidase berasal dari bakteri termofil Dictyoglus thermophillum (Dt-Xyl) yang dieskpresikan ke dalam sistem ekspresi Escherichia coli BL21-pET-15b.
