Abstract

"The government stipulates through the Basic Agrarian Law regarding the obligation to register land so that land owners have legal certainty. However, there is a common phenomenon in society that causes land registration requirements to be unfulfilled, one of which is in the form of buying and selling for the transfer of land rights which is only proven by stamped receipts. Based on this, this research was conducted with the aim of Analyzing the use of stamped receipts that can be used as evidence of the transfer of land rights and Analyzing legal remedies that can be taken by the buyers so that the purchased land can be renamed in his name. This research is a normative type using a statutory approach and a conceptual approach. The sources of legal materials used consist of primary and secondary legal materials. The collection of legal materials begins with an inventory and identification of laws and regulations, principles, theories and concepts related to land law, especially regarding the transfer of land rights. Analysis of legal materials uses grammatical interpretation and systematic interpretation."
