Abstract

Bonds are issued with the aim of financing to reduce financial burdens and risks. Both government and private parties can issue Bonds. One type of bond issued by the government is the Indonesian Retail Bond (ORI), a valuable haven for recognising debt or lending funds from the community within a particular time with the provision of interest following the predetermined payment. Bonds are the right to legal claims that can be charged with material guarantees in the form of lien guarantees or fiduciary guarantees. The execution of bonds charged with the lien guarantee institution can be done through the parate execution or under the hands, while in the fiduciary guarantee institution can be through execution, auction, or sale under the hands. For this matter, the formulation of the problem drawn is what are the characteristic of Indonesia Retail Bonds (ORI) as collateral objects, and what is the execution of Indonesian Retail Bonds (ORI) as collateral objects. The problem approach used in answering the problem formulation includes statute approach, conceptual approach, and comparative approach.
