Abstract
Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi atas fenomena berpacaran yang kian marak di kalangan remaja khususnya di Surabaya. Masa remaja identik dengan masa SMA. Fenomena berpacaran juga dapat dijumpai di SMA yang berlatarbelakang pendidikan keagamaan, seperti SMA Islam. Murid sekolah Islam mendapatkan pendidikan Islam lebih dalam daripada sekolah umum. Dengan segala pemahamanya mengenai nilai-nilai Islam diharapkan mampu mengontrol perilakunya sehari-hari termasuk dalam hal berpacaran. Tetapi gambaran tersebut tidak lagi sesuai dengan kondisi saat ini. Hal ini terlihat dengan adanya murid SMA Islam yang perilaku berpacarannya melanggar nilai dan norma agama. Karena itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji permasalahan tentang 1) Bagaimana makna berpacaran di kalangan murid SMA yang berlandaskan pendidikan Islam di Surabaya?; dan 2) Sejauh mana perilaku berpacaran di kalangan murid SMA Islam di Surabaya ?. Studi tentang makna berpacaran di kalangan murid SMA Islam di Surabaya ini menggunakan teori sosiologi pengetahuan Peter L. Berger dan tindakan rasional Max Weber serta teori pendukung dari sudut pandang psikologi perkembangan untuk mempertajam analisis fenomena yang ada. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan paradigma intepretatif dan pendekatan konstruktivis. Sementara untuk menggali data dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik Indepth Interview dalam mengumpulkan data primer, sedangkan data sekunder diperoleh dari laporan skripsi terdahulu, buku, artikel, jurnal, dan koran. Penentuan subjek dalam penelitian ini dipilih menggunakan teknik Snow Ball dalam koleksi data. Data yang didapat dari para informan dan hasil observasi, dijabarkan, dan kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode dan prosedur penelitian kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tiap subjek mempunyai makna berpacaran yang berbeda serta perilaku sosial yang muncul dari tiap-tiap subjek tidak selalu linier dengan pengetahuan keagamaanya. Kondisi ini muncul dikarenakan adanya perbedaan proses internalisasi,eksternalisasi, dan obyektivasi yang dialami subjek. Translation: This research is based on the phenomenon of dating an increasingly prevalent among adolescents, particularly in Surabaya. Identical with the period of adolescence in high school. Dating phenomenon can also be found in the high school religious education background, such as the Islamic school. Islamic school students get an education in Islam is more than a public school. With all due understanding of Islamic values is expected to control the day-to-day behavior, including in terms of dating. But this characterization is no longer appropriate to current conditions. Evidenced by the existence of an Islamic high school students performed courtship behavior violating religious values and norms. Therefore this research aims to study the problems of 1) How does the meaning of dating among high school students that are based on Islamic education in Surabaya?; And 2) The extent to which courtship behavior among high school students of Islam in Surabaya?. Studies on the meaning of dating among high school Islamic students in Surabaya is using the theory of the social construction by Peter L. Berger and rational action theory of Max Weber as well as supporters from the perspective of developmental psychology to sharpen the analysis of existing phenomena. This study uses qualitative methods and approaches intepretatif constructivist paradigm. While to explore the data using an indepth interview techniques to collect primary data while secondary data obtained from previous reports theses, books, articles, journals, and newspapers. Determination of selected subjects in this study using the technique of Snow Ball in the collection of data. The data obtained from informants and observations, translated, and then analyzed using qualitative research methods and procedures. The results showed that each subject has a different meaning of dating and social behaviors that arise from each subject is not always linear with religious knowledge which is understood. These conditions arise because of differences of the process of internalization, externalization, and Objectivity experienced by the subject.
