Abstract
SAMSAT merupakan suatu sistim penyelesaian surat su -rat kendaraan bermotor yang sekaligus untuk pemungutan PKB dan BBNKB yang paling effiaien pada dewasa ini,namun untuk dalam hal pelayanan dan persyaratan yang harus dipenuhi masyarakat belum seragam peraturannya untuk seluruh daerah Jawa Timur.
