Abstract

Reproductive health problems began echoed in global health development program, one of which is the reproductive health of adolescents. This problem is still often overlooked, although it is actually quite complex. Information about adolescent reproductive health is not in accordance with the needs of adolescents, they get it from peers and mass media are largely distorted by pornography and porno-action. On television, reproductive and sexual health information is still rare, while the sex information available on the internet accessible, knowledge in the form of pornography. The teens start dating, sexual activity for the first time carried out with a girlfriend from talking to sexual intercourse. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the frequency of erotic information exposure on television and the internet with adolescent sexual behavior in dating. This study uses observational analytic method with cross sectional design. Populations of class XII students SMK Satya Widya Surabaya in 2011 as many as 257 people. Sampling technique is systematic random sampling. Large sample of 157 people. Dependent variable: adolescent sexual behavior in dating and independent variables: frequency of erotic information exposure in television and internet. The instrument used for data collection is the questionnaire. Data analysis using the Spearman Rank Analysis. Results : 29.9% of respondents exposed to erotic information on television and internet on weight category, 72.6% of respondents had sexual behavior in dating with serious risks and there is a relationship between the frequency of erotic information exposure on television and internet with adolescent sexual behavior in dating with Spearman's Rho correlation coefficient of 0.253. Expected follow-up of relevant stakeholders such as schools, information providers (school newspaper or magazine), in charge of adolescent reproductive health programs in the relevant bodies about the study, so the younger generation of Indonesia manifest a higher quality and a certain character. For further research in order to analyze the other factors causing sexual risk behavior in adolescents
