Abstract
Terdapat perbedaan antara Ig Y dari ayam kampung dengan Ig Y dari ayam ras petelur dalam menghambat pertumbuhan Streptococcus mutans pada masing-masing kelompok yaitu kelompok konsentrasi tinggi, konsentrasi sedang maupun konsentrasi rendah. Kedua kelompok Ig Y dari telur ayam kampung dan kelompok ayam ras memiliki potensi dalam menghambat pertumbuhan Streptococcus mutans. Ig Y dari kelompok ayam kampung memiliki zona hambat yang lebih besar bila dibandingkan dengan Ig Y dari kelompok ayam ras petelur baik pada konsentrasi tinggi, sedang maupun rendah
