Abstract
Karsinogenesis kanker rongga mulut melibatkan berbagai proses yaitu mekanisme proliferasi sel, DNA repair dan apoptosis. Apoptosis mempunyai peran yang sangat penting terhadap kejadian kanker rongga mulut terutama Squamous Cell Carcinoma (SCC) yang terpapar nikotin.
