Abstract
Terapi Lesion Sterilization and Tissue Repair (LSTR) yang memakai campuran metronidazol, siprofloksasin dan minosiklin (3mix) dan campuran bahan pembawa yaitu macrogol dan propylene glycol (MP) mempunyai sifat toksik terhadap kultur sel fibroblas pada dosis 8 mg dan meningkat pada dosis 12 mg.
