Abstract
Pada penderita sindrom Papillon-Levèfre terdapat mutasi pada gen cathepsin C yang dapat menyebabkan gangguan aktivasi serin protease sel-sel imun terutama serin protease neutrofil sehingga menyebabkan penurunan fungsi kemotaksis dan fagositosis neutrofil.
