Abstract

The water clover is known as phythoestrogen which is similar with estrogen (isoflavones). The aims of this research was to know the effect of water clover squeezing on weight and uterine wall of mice. Thirty mice was divided into five treatments and six replicates. P0 was PZ solution as a control, P1, P2, P3, and P4 were water clover squeezing 6,25% , 12,5%, 25%, and 50% in concentration. The treatment was given twice everyday, at 5 a.m and 5 p.m. Ten days later all of the maces were sacrified in order to carry out the uterine. The weight was noticed and made in the histologic slides. The result showed that the water clover squeezing did not influence the weight and uterine wall of mice
