Abstract
The aim of this study is to find out the teratogenic effect of caffeine on mice fetus (Mus musculus) to reducing weight, abnormality growth of extrimities bone reducing body measure. Thirty pregnant female mices. from Balb/c strain were divided into three groups. PO was a control given NaCI 0.9%. P1 were given 11.41mg/ml caffein abd P2 were given 17.30mg/ml caffein. 19 day after given caffein, they were sacrificed and the fetuses were collected. The obtained data were analyzed by SPSS rel 12.00 for windows using Univariate Analysis of Variance. The result showed that there were influences from caffeine on fetus's reducing weight, abnormality growth of extrimities bone and reducing body measure.
