Abstract
The aim of this research was to found out the distribution of prostaglandin F2α (PG F2α) which had been given in sub mucosa vulvae of Frisian Holstein (FH) for luteolitic effect with immunohistochemistry method. Three female Frisian Holstein (FH) was subjected for investigation. One of Frisian Holstein as control was injected with PBS in sub mucosa vulvae and after 2 hour had been slaughtered . The others of Frisian Holstein was injected with PG F2α in sub mucosa vulvae 7,5 mg, and 2 hour later had been slaughtered. And than the uterus in order to immunohistochemistry former. The result from this research indicated legations of PG F2α and PG anti – PG F2α which were visualized by brown color at uterus immunohistochemistry former and that was had not been found at control
