Abstract
A research has been carried out on the potential use of Mimosa pudica braised as antioxidant agent against paracetamol poisoning. In this study, the antioxidant activity of Mimosa pudica braised was a improve liver cell as histological. Histological examination showed that paracetamol treatment in animal at toxic dose for 6 days damaged the liver cells characterized by hydrophilic and fatty degeneration and necroses of liver cells. Treatment with Mimosa pudica braised at concentration 80% on histological examination, there was a clear evidence liver cell healing and reduced the degeneration and necroses for significantly (P<0,05) reduced the normal level.
