Abstract
The aim of this study to determine the effect of commercial probitics on the weight of pancreas, liver, and gallbladder organ in broiler chickens. This study use broiler chickens age 7 days as many twenty chickens were place in battery cages and divided into 4 treatments and 5 replications. The treatment use commercial probiotics in drinking water with dose P0 control (0 ml/liter), P1 (0.5 ml/liter), P2 (1 ml/liter), and P3 (1.5 ml/liter). The parameters in test is weight of pancreas, liver, and gallbladder organs. Data obtained with ANOVA test method with complete random design and if found significantly difference between the treatment, than continued with Duncan test. The result of this study showed that commercial probiotics in drinking water does not have significantly difference (P > 0.05) to the weight of the pancreas, liver, and gallbladder organ in broiler chickens.
