Abstract

This study were conducted to find out the effect of fed rumen content meal which were fermented by Rhizopus oligosporus. Twenty broiler chickens were randomly devided into five dietary treatments and four replicates every treatment. Five treatment groups were, P0 was fed with 511 Bravo 90% and 10% of corn. The others were fed 511 Bravo 90% and 10% of rumen content meal (P1) ; 511 Bravo 90% and 10% of rumen content meal was fermented by Rhizopus oligosporus 1% (P2) ; 511 Bravo 90% and 10% of rumen content meal was fermented by Rhizopus oligosporus 2% (P3) ; 511 Bravo 90% and 10% of rumen content meal was fermented by Rhizopus oligosporus 3% (P4).The experimental diets were fed for two weeks in finisher period. The data were analyzed with Analysis of Variance follow by Duncan’s Multiple Range Test. The result of research indicated that rumen content meal was fermented by Rhizopus oligosporus was significant decreasing on total cholesterol serum broiler.
