Abstract
The purpose of this research was to know about the effect of yellow kepok banana (Musa balbisiana) peel flour to fat digestibility and abdominal fat of male chickens. This research used 20 chickens from Cobb strain and they was treated by banana peel flour. The research was Completely Randomized Design method and it was classified into four treatments and five replications. P0: (control) without banana peel flour, P1 : addition 5% banana peel flour, P2 : addition 10% banana peel flour, P3 : addition 15% banana peel flour. The time of that treatment was two weeks. Data were analyzed with Analysis of Variance (Anova), if that found the significant difference in any treatments then analyzed was continued with Duncan’s Multiple Range Test. The results showed that yellow kepok banana peel flour couldn’t make significant differences (p>0,05) of fat digestibility and abdominal fat of male broiler.
