Abstract
This study aims to identify the Avian Influenza virus subtype H5N1 in male reproductive organs of rooster. Sample reproductive organs of rooster who are not infected and who have been infected with H5N1 virus isolates. The research method used is Hemaglutination Inhibition test using specific antisera H5N1 in chicken. Based on the research that has been done shows that out of 20 samples tested were not identified the Avian Influenza virus subtype H5N1 in samples of male reproductive organs of rooster. So it is recommended to conduct further research on the virus with a more specific research for example by PCR method
