Abstract
The aim of this study was to know the effect of Crescentia cujete L leaf extract on Pasteurella multocida growth. Pasteurella multocida know as cause of fowl cholera disease in chicken. The disease could make economic impact like decrease egg productions, increasing morbidity and mortality, increasing cost of therapeutics and increasing feed consumption ratio (FCR). The method used in the study was disc diffusion with 12 treatments and 3 replications. Twelve treatments were consist of NaCl 0.85% as negative control, Crescentia cujete L leaf extract with various of concentrations started 10%, 20%, 30%, 40%, 50%, 60%, 70%, 80%, 90%, 100% and Tetracycline 30
