Abstract
The purpose of this study was to know thehisthopathologycal changes of mice duodenum which is infected by Toxoplasma gondii tachyzoites orally. Twentymale mice divide into four groups (n =5). P0 as a control grup, gave sterile aquadest 0.2 ml, P1 were treated with 1X103, P2 were treated with 1X104 and P3 were treated with 1X105 of Toxoplasma gondii tachyzoite orally. Four days post infection, mice were euthanized, duodenum were collected and processed as histopathology microslide’s stained with HE. The data were analyzed byKruskal-Wallis test and Mann-Whitney test. The results showed that Toxoplasma gondiitachyzoite orally significantly caused duodenum histopathology change as congestion and epithel integrity (p<0.05).
