Abstract

The aim of this research is to know of eggs production, feed consumption and feed conversion ratio of laying hens after suplementation of crude chlorella for low protein. This study use of 28 ckicken from Lohman strain, 16 weeks of age with 1,4 kg body weight. The design of the study was completely randomized design with four treatments and seven repeatation. PO composition using basal feed type of CP 524-2. P 1 using low protein feed with fourteen percents of crude protein value. P2 using feed from P1 which added with 0,25 percent of crude chlorella. P3 using feed from P1 which added with 5 percent of crude chlorella. The result of the study was analys with Analysis of Varian (ANAVA). If found the significant difference on any treatments, then continued to Duncan test. The result of this research showed that laying hen's given basal feed is significant (P>0,05) affect on feed consumption, eggs production, and feed conversion. Low protein feed is not significant (P>0,05) affect to eggs production and feed consumtion. PO for every variable having highest ratio value from the other treatment. P2 and P3 was the best treatment to feed conversion.
