Abstract
The aim of this research was to know the influence of papaya seed (Carica papaya) suspension administration against the histopathology of chicken small intestine which infected Ascaridia galli. This research using thirty cocks CP 707, three weeks of age, and body weight average ± 900 Gram. They were divided into six treatment groups. They were P0, P1, P2, P3, P4, for control (PO), positive control (P 1), P2; the chicken which was infected with A. galli and given 7,2 % of papaya seeds in once, P3; given 7,2 % of papaya seeds twice, P4; given 7,2 % of papaya seeds three times respectively. P5; the chicken which was infected A. galli and given 0,5 % of piperasin in twice. After 21 days chicken sacrificed to make the histopathology slides. The data were analyzed using Kruskal Wallis Test and then continued with Doubled Test Comparison. The result of this research showed there were significant different (p < 0,05) between treatment.
