Abstract
This article is about the Influence of Bill Duct Ligation Technic (BDLT) to Value of Total Protein and Albumin in intra peritoneal fluids. The experiment was tried on 35 male white rat (Rattus norvegicus) that have mean age 2-3 month and weight between 150-200 gr. The white rat was randomly divided five groups, every group consist of seven tail. Several groups (weekly: I; H; III; IV = P1,P2, P3 and P4) have given Bill Duct Ligation Technic treatment, except control group (PO) which haven't given BDLT treatment. The result of experiment on Duncan test (with SPSS) showed that method had significant different on groups (p < 0.05). High result of Total Protein and Albumin value was gotten on group P0, P1 and P2 whereas between P0, P1 and P2 wasn't real different. In the other time, after 3 weeks of treatments (P3 and P4) had lowest value and there wasn't any significant different. Even though between (P0, P1 and P2) with (P3 and P4) had significant different.
