Abstract
The purpose of this study was to know the effect of electrolyte and multivitamin on carcass weight of chronic heat stressed . Fourty broiler with 3 week of age was divided into 4 different groups (n=10) and separated into two chamber (A and B). One group (control/PO) was caged at low temperature (21-23°C) as chamber (A), and the others (PI;P2;P3) were caged at high temperature (34,5-35°C) chamber (B). Group I only with water, groups P2 and P3 was treated with normal dose (1 gram/4 It water) and double dose (2 gram/4 It water). Seventeen days later all broiler were sacritied for live weight and carcass weight. Data for the carcass weight was collected and analysed by Anava test. The result showed that both normal or double dose supplementation of electrolyte and multivitamin failed to inhibit the change of carcass weight on chronic heat stressed broiler.
