Abstract
The aims of this study was to know the influence of fructose addition on frozen processing of Friesian Holstein semen to motility and life percentage of spermatozoa. This research have used the Friesian Holstein semen within a Fully Randomized Design. Design with three treatments. The group P0 (control) was without a fructose addition, the group P1 was treated by 1% fructose addition eventhough the group P2 was treated by 2% fructose addition. The data analyzed by ANOVA using SPSS for windows 13.0. The highest motility and life percentage of spermatozoa were found on both of the group P1 and P2 before and after the frozen processes.
