Abstract

Avian Influenza is one of the endemic disease in Indonesia and can be prevented by monovalen vaccination as the treatment is able to accomplish at the minor on it. In additional, vaccine is given to the chick, in order it can increase the immune system and can be protected from virus attack of Avian Influenza. Chicken has vaccinated many times that can stimulus depresion so it will reduce the productivity further more, the vaccine can be combinated both Avian Influenza and Newcastle Disease as the result AI-ND bivalen vaccine. Combination AI-ND bivalen inactive vaccine presents the significance immune system compare AI vaccine. As the effect, it will stimulus the symptom of intramolekuler againts one other in the form of immune system which are from different virus AI and ND.
