Abstract
Direction of the Researh for knowing prevalention rate of Toxoplasmosis at beef cattle in RPH Pegirian of Surabaya to using dot blot test. The result is hoped can to benefit for Our people need information about toxoplasmosis. Serum taken from 37 beef at RPH Pegirian of Surabaya and beef cattle spesies are Peranakan Ongole (PO) and Madura. Experiment to using dot blot test, sample for Positif to indicate is dark blue just than negatif control. Prevalention rate is 64,86%.
