Abstract

Infertility was a reason that caused the unability to having inherited. Royal jelly had gonadotropin hormone as the important material that necessary in a process of infertility healing, so that it could be used as alternative therapy to conquer infertility cases. Purpose of this research was to know the royal jelly supplementation effect to the infertility of female mice (Mus musculus) through the indicator the amount of borned mice. The female mice injected by subcutaneous way of 0,025 mgs/20gBW/day testosterone propionate for 14 days to make infertile. Infertile indication could be known by vagina’s smear, that indicated by diestrus fase on the mice. After that, used royal jelly with the dosage 1.75 mgs/20gBW/day, 3.5 mgs/20gBW/day, 5.25 mgs/20gBW/day, and the control with aquadest, that orally given every day 0.2cc each mice to treatment for 14 days. The result from this research is supplementation royal jelly could give an effect to the amount of borned mice
