Abstract

The aim of this research is to know histopatologic changes the ileum of broiler which infected Salmonella pullorum caused chlorella and probiotic. Twenty-four broiler day old chicken Hubbard’s strain were randomly devided into four dietary treatments and six replicates per treatment. The control group Po, were given feed without chlorella and probiotic but were infected Salmonella pullorum, P1 were given chlorella 2,5% were infected Salmonella pullorum, P2 were given probiotic 2,5% were infected Salmonella pullorum, and P3 were given combination of chlorella and probiotic 2,5% were infected Salmonella pullorum. On the twenty eight days old, ileum sampels were collected. The data were analyzed by using Kruskal Wallis Test and Mann Whitney Test methods and were processed by using SPSS 13,0 for windows. The result showed that the diet supplemented with chlorella and probiotic 2,5% can reduced broken of ileum broiler.
