Abstract
The aims of this research were to determine the digestibility value of protein in complete feed and its utilization by beef cattle. Experimental animals used in this study were 3 crossbreed beef cattle. This research was conducted by providing various complete feed to experimental animals. The experimental design used was the completely randomized design with three treatments and seven replications as time of collection feces. BC0 was a control treatment while BC1 and BC2 used as complete feed with different formula. Result of research showed that protein digestibility value of complete feed by beef cattle there were any significantly differences (p<0.05). The best result of protein digestibility was on BC2 as 90.47% significantly different with BC1 as 85.53% and the lowest result was BC0 as 80.61%, BC0 also significantly different with BC1. Results of utilization of digestible protein of complete feed by beef cattle showed that there were any significantly differences (p<0.05). The best result of utilization of digestible protein was on BC2 as 1098.40 g significantly different with BC1 as 7135 g and BC0 as 632.88 g.
