Abstract

The purpose of this study was to know the libido disturbance on male mice toward fasting after normal feeding. Twenty-four male mice were used on this study ad divided into four group. P0 as a control which is given normal feeding, P1 was fasting for 1 day, P2 was fasting for 2 days and P3 was fasting for 3 days. The result shown that libido frequency of P1 was lower than P0, P2 was lower than P1, and P3 also was lower than P2. There fore the conclusion as the longer fasting lead to lower libido frequency. The data was analyzed by Analysis of Variant (Anova) method and for different between the treatments was tested by Duncan 5 %. The software that used to analyze the data is Windows Statistical Program of Social Science 17 (SPSS 17). The result showed that has different mean between the treatmants.
