Abstract
The aim of this study was to know effect of black cumin (Nigella sativa)on the SGPT and SGOT level of heat stressed broiler. The broiler were randomly assigned in to 4 treatment groups, 6 replications each. The treatment in this study is comprised of a combination of black cumin infuse and heat stress, namely: P0, without heat stress and without infuse black cumin 20% ; P1, with heat stress and without infuse black cumin 20% ; P2, without heat stress and with infuse black cumin 20% ; P3, with heat stress and with infuse black cumin 20%. Data analyzed by the one way anova. The result indicated that were no significant difference (p>0.05) in the levels of SGPT and SGOT broilers.
