Abstract
The aim of the study was to know the hemagglutination inhibition antibody titer immune response in chickens immunized with vaccine candidate containing virus AI Indonesian strain candidate vaccines. Seven groups of chickens each contains of 10 chickens, used in this study which were 5 groups each vaccinated with AI vaccine containing different Indonesian H5N1 virus strain (A,B,C,D,E), 1 group vaccinated with commercial AI vaccine, and the last group unvaccinated as a control. The HI antibody was measured before, after vaccination and after booster has given. The result showed that vaccinated group B and D gave a good immune response which was the earliest, highest, and in stimulating HI titer.
