Abstract
The purposes of this research were to determine the sensitivity of the HA test to virus titer of embryonated chicken eggs allantoic fluid 8-10 days old are infected with Newcastle Disease virus (NDV). The number of embryonated chicken eggs used were as many as 124 eggs, 4 eggs for seeding and multiply of virus and 120 eggs for titration. Its group into A, B, C, and D. The titration is done by using the series serial dilution multiple of 10. Each group is tested using HA test. The result indicate that the lowest virus titer can still agglutination of erythrocytes on HA test is 108 EID50.
