The aims of this study to prove that banana peel flour supplemented the diet can increase erythrocytes count and the weight of broiler chicken carcasses were exposed to heat stress. Thirty broiler chickens were grouped into 6 treatment, P0 (normal chicken for appeal comparison), P1 (combination of heat stress and antistress), P2 (heat stress), P3 (combination of heat stress and 5% of banana peel flour), P4 (combination of heat stress and 7% of banana peel flour) and P5 (combination of heat stress and 10% of banana peel flour). The result of this study showed that the banana peel flour supplementation on feed delivers optimal results on the fifth treatment (P5) on the provision of as much as 10% of banana peel flour (P<0,05), increased erythrocytes count and increased the weight of broiler chicken carcasses were exposed to heat stress.
